Save Reddit posts and comments where they stay findable
Reddit's Saved list has no folders and no search. Stowyt keeps each post or comment with its title, your tags and a note, in a library that searches all of it.
On your phone
- The first time: open Stowyt on your phone, sign in, and follow the setup guide. Installing is one tap in Chrome, no app store, and it is what puts Stowyt in Android's share menu. Open the setup guide.
- In the Reddit app, tap Share under the post (or on a comment) and choose Stowyt.
- Pick Stowyt in the share sheet (the first time it may hide under More). The save page opens, says Saved, and offers tags, a note and a category. That's it.
On a computer
Drag the Save button from the setup guide to your bookmarks bar once, then click it on any post. Or copy the post's link and paste it into Add in your library. Either way the save shows up on your phone within a second or two.
What your library shows
Stowyt recognises posts and single comments, from any subreddit, including the short "reddit.com/r/…/s/…" and "redd.it" links the app shares. Each save shows:
- The post through Reddit's official embed, in your light or dark theme.
- The post's title, your tags, your note and the day you saved it.
Good to know
- A comment's own link saves the comment, with its post around it.
- Short links from the app are opened to the real post by itself.
- A post removed by its subreddit or deleted by its author stops showing; your save stays.
One library for everything you save.
Free. Nothing is downloaded or copied, only the link is kept, and your library opens on every device you sign in on.
